THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE

Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a theft from motor vehicle that occurred on Saturday 14th March at 00:00hrs

SUSPECT(S) GAIN ENTRY TO THE VICTIM'S VEHICLE VIA THE BLACK BIN LINER PLACED OVER THE WINDOW AFTER A PREVIOUS BREAK IN. THEY REMOVE MORE OF THE PLASTIC CASING AND THE PART THAT DISCONNECTS THE IMMOBILISER/ALARM. THEY MAKE OFF IN AN UNKNOWN DIRECTION

If you have any information in relation to the above please contact the Police on 101 or speak to a local PCSO. Please also check your CCTV or Doorbell camera if you have one during the crime timings to see if there are any activations. 

This is also a good time to check your own security, many offences are preventable with small improvements to your vehicle security.
